Refund Policy

Please note that once an order is placed, it is immediately and automatically processed by our system to ensure fast dispatch.
As a result, we are unable to make any modifications, including:

  • Changing or removing items in the order

  • Updating the shipping address

  • Cancelling the order

We kindly ask that you double-check all order details—including your shipping address and product selection—before completing your purchase.
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to ship your items as quickly as possible.


Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Standard Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging

  • Tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

To begin a return, please email info@hazelharper.uk with the following:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

  • Your full name and shipping address

If your return is approved, we’ll respond with detailed return instructions.
Please do not send any items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
In cases where Hazel & Harper is at fault, we will cover all shipping costs and resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids


European Union Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a country in the European Union, you are entitled to return it within 14 days of delivery—for any reason and without explanation.

To qualify, the item must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Include all original tags and packaging


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status within 7 business days.

If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or card provider

Important Notes:

  • Items that are used, worn, damaged, or returned in an unacceptable condition will not be eligible for a refund

  • Hygiene-related items must be clean and in original condition

  • We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our requirements

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • A photo of the product (if applicable)

  • Your full name and shipping address

We will respond with the correct return address.
Do not send returns to the sender address on the package — it may not be the correct warehouse location.

  • Due to our global fulfillment network, which includes a warehouse in Asia, return processing times may vary
